TOO GOOD TO BE BAD - Voluminous body, complexity and elegance, with a mysterious demonic attitude.

Dieter Meier's Malo is a Gran Cuvée made from 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Malbec and belongs to the crème de la crème of his wines. Only the best grapes from the top plots are selected for this red wine. They are then fermented in French oak barrels for seven weeks. For optimal extraction of the grape skins, the barrels are manually rolled five times a day. After fermentation, the wine is pressed and returned to the barrels for 18 months.

Wine character: Rich, impenetrable dark red. Complex and profound in the fragrance, violet flowers, cedar wood, prunes, tobacco. Very full-bodied and full on the palate, fine-grained tannins, nice, juicy extract with bite, mineral, compact and all of a piece. Great wine with a lot of storage potential!
