This delicately nutty base is also used for the Mocca variety, which is additionally refined with aromatic Arabica coffee. Rolf Knie was born in Bern in 1949 and is one of Switzerland’s best-known artists. In addition to his paintings, he creates bronze sculptures and small-scale works as well as monumental iron sculptures weighing up to 16 tonnes. His works have been presented in numerous international exhibitions, including in Paris, London, Munich, Madrid, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Singapore, Uruguay and Cuba.
