«Rahmtäfeli» Caramels

These caramels, in Swiss German known as “Nidelzeltli” or “Rahmtäfeli”, have an unmistakeably refined caramelised flavour and crumbly texture. They’re made according to the original recipe from Appenzell, which says to boil down sugar and cream during their gentle preparation. Available in two sizes.
