Carefully matured for seven years: RUM1823 from Etter Soehne AG ensures pure enjoyment and relaxation.
To produce RUM1823, Etter Soehne AG uses golden-brown, naturally aromatic sugar cane molasses from a small sugar cane producer in Jamaica. The sugar cane molasses is fermented and the resulting alcohol is concentrated via the distillation process. Subsequently, it is aged for several years in used American bourbon wood barrels. This gives it its distinctive taste and beautiful color. In the stalactite caves of the Höllgrotten in Baar, nature provides one of the purest waters in Switzerland. This original spring water refines the RUM1823.
