Non-alcoholic, sparkling sparkling wine made from Thurgau grapes and top-quality high-stem apples.
Tröpfel is an innovation by Esther Schaefer-Meier and Patricia Dähler-Kraus, two successful young entrepreneurs from eastern Switzerland. It is produced in Mammern, near Gottlieben. In 2005, they came up with the idea of creating a non-alcoholic sparkling wine from Swiss grapes and apples. By the way, the name says it all; «Truube and Öpfel» results in TRÖPFEL.
Since the Tröpfel also comes from Thurgau, it simply also belongs in our assortment - cheers!
